Steve and coach discuss coaches' goals, review information on screen, and prepare an action plan for coach to get started on teaching his or her athletes the mental toughness tactics to perform their best in a competition.

 

Homework is provided for coach to prepare for each masterclass: watching videos, referring to selected pages from WINNING STATE, and thinking about three to five foundational mental-game questions for discussion.
