WinningSTATE affiliates are strictly forbidden to advertise or promote WinningSTATE Confidence Books through illegal means like Spamming, and would be immediately banned from our affiliate program if they do so. WinningSTATE will take any steps it deems necessary to prevent its affiliates from being involved in Spam and will legally pursue any person(s) that involve it in Spam allegations.

WinningSTATE reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes Spam

If you believe that you have received Spam connected to WinningSTATE Confidence Books in any way, send a complaint including the unsolicited email (headers included) to abuse@winningstate.com. You may also provide any other information that you believe may help WinningSTATE’s investigation. However, WinningSTATE does not investigate or take any action based on anonymous Spam complaints.

By participating in our Tell-A-Friend program, participants are expected to send promotional opportunities only to those individuals with whom they have an existing relationship. It is expected that this personal relationship provides implicit or explicit consent by the recipient for the participant to send such promotion-based emails.

Our Tell-A-Friend program is limited to distribution via email and is not to be posted or sent on either Usenets or message boards where the posting is unrelated to the topic of discussion.

Individuals who sign up for WinningSTATE Confidence Newsletter, to receive monthly confidence building techniques, or purchase any one of WinningSTATE’s books, and provide their email address, give WinningSTATE permission to send information on WinningSTATE products to the holder of that email address.
